General Manager - Andrew McDowell
Andrew joined PWB Anchor in 1987 and held various roles within the Finance Department before being appointed as General Manager following PWB Anchor's acquisition by the Scaw Metals Group in April 2002.
Operations Manager - Matt Wagenfeld
Matt joined PWB Anchor in 2008 with over 20 years of experience with 1st tier automotive suppliers both in Australia and overseas where he held various leadership roles in Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing. Matt is a founding board member of the Association of Manufacturing Excellence, Australian Chapter.
National Sales Manager - Russell Staley
Russell commenced with PWB Anchor in 2005 as the Regional Manager for NSW. Having spent most of his working life in the lifting industry, Russell was appointed to the National Sales Manager role in 2008. This role sees Russell take responsibility for domestic and international sales.
Financial Accountant - Ed Hart
Ed joined PWB Anchor in 2004 as the Financial Accountant. Ed has a strong accounting background gained through his years working in the steel industry.
Business Development Manager - John Ventura
John commenced with PWB Anchor in 2001. He has previously worked as the Business Development Manager speacialising in the hoist product range. He was appointed to his current position in 2008 taking responsibility for Business Development across the company's entire product range.
National Marketing & Supply Manager - John Dri
John commenced with PWB Anchor in 1973 in the Sales Department. In 1987 John progressed to Sales & Marketing Manager. His current role incorporates dealings with overseas supplies along with his vast knowledge of chain products.
Regional Manager QLD - Kerry Jeal
Kerry commenced with PWB Anchor in 2000 as the Regional Manager for Queensland, then National Manager for Non Alloy Chain Products. Kerry managed NSW and QLD from 2003 and in 2005 he was appointed to his current role.
Regional Manager WA/NT - Graham Thomson
Graham commenced with PWB Anchor in 1999 as the Regional Manager for NSW then Business Development Manager for manual hoisting . In 2003 he was appointed to his current role.
